Services and professional responsibility
We support bookkeeping, document organization, closing and filing workflows, and coordination with professionals. Professional tax advice, representation and filing are handled by the formally engaged licensed tax accountant. Contracting parties, scope and the recipient of fees are confirmed in writing before engagement.
Prices
The fee schedule lists base fees and their scope. Published amounts are in Japanese yen, excluding consumption tax. Applicable services, additional work and the total amount payable including tax are confirmed in the quotation and agreement before engagement.
Other charges
In addition to consumption tax and your own communications and internet costs, any bank transfer fees, travel costs or third-party expenses payable by you are disclosed in the quotation or agreement in advance. Unagreed additional charges are not billed.
Payment methods and timing
Available payment methods, billing dates and payment deadlines are explained in the quotation or agreement before engagement. Monthly retainers and standalone annual closing are separate engagement types; payment terms follow the applicable agreement.
Applications and service delivery
Inquiries are accepted through LINE or the consultation form. An inquiry alone does not create a paid engagement. After scope, fees and the responsible provider are agreed, work begins and is delivered according to the agreed schedule and receipt of the required materials.
Cancellation, termination and refunds
Cancellation and early termination procedures, deadlines, settlement for completed work and refund terms are disclosed in the agreement before engagement. Please contact us below with requests. Billing errors and refunds required by law are reviewed and handled accordingly. This disclosure does not limit statutory rights.
